Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

These Terms govern your use of reveellry coa's event planning services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Service" refers to event planning and coordination services provided
• "Client" means any organization or individual engaging our services
• "We/Us/Our" refers to reveellry coa
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions

2. Service Engagement

• Services commence upon signed agreement and deposit payment
• Clients must provide accurate and complete information
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or authorized business representative
• Account registration may be required for certain services

3. Payment Terms

• Deposit of 50% required upon agreement signing
• Remaining balance due 14 days before event date
• Vendor costs billed separately as agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 60 days before event: 50% deposit refund
• Cancellation 30-60 days before event: 25% deposit refund
• Cancellation less than 30 days before event: No refund
• Vendor cancellation fees apply as per their policies

5. Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide timely decisions and approvals
• Respect vendor contracts and payment terms
• Ensure accurate guest information
• Obtain necessary permits or approvals

Our Responsibilities:

• Provide services as outlined in agreement
• Coordinate with vendors professionally
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Execute event day management as contracted

6. Liability Limitations

• Services provided "as is" without guarantees of specific outcomes
• Not liable for vendor performance issues
• Not responsible for venue-related incidents
• Liability limited to service fees paid
• Force majeure events exempt from liability

7. Dispute Resolution

• Initial resolution attempt through direct discussion
• Mediation as second step if needed
• Binding arbitration if necessary
• Jurisdiction: Singapore law applies
• Venue for legal proceedings: Singapore courts

8. Intellectual Property

• All planning documents and materials remain our property
• Event concepts and designs are proprietary
• Clients receive limited license for event use only
• Photography and media rights as agreed in contract
